KRYSTAL DMS Community Edition is a powerful scaled down version of standard edition that provides various document management features. It allows companies and individuals to centralize the management, storage, retrieval and distribution of documents.



Since it comes bundled with an Open Source database you do not have to invest in any other programs.



The application allows you to store and retrieve documents with ease and intuitiveness, offering the possibility to store up to 5000 documents. It also enables you to manage document creation and revising - through a check-out/check-in function, documents can be versioned and multiple revisions of the same document can be stored and archived.
